Corporation Service Company (CSC) announces the election of Rodman Ward III as president and chief executive officer effective April 5, 2010.

Wilmington, DE (Speakman Company, a premier supplier of faucets, showerheads, and related plumbing fixtures. Under his direction, Speakman's sales increased over 30%. Additionally, the company implemented a new strategic planning process, established a new business in advanced cooling technologies, opened a Beijing sales office, and won the 2008 Delaware Quality Award. Previously, he held various positions at Snap-on Inc., FMC Corporation, and Credit Suisse.

Ward is the immediate past president of PMI, the lead trade association for plumbing companies. He currently serves on the advisory board of the Benjamin Obdyke Corporation, is the Board Vice Chair of East Side Learning Center, member of YPO (Young Presidents' Organization) Philadelphia Chapter, and board member of World Affairs Council Wilmington and Delaware Theatre Company.

Ward holds a B.S. in Geology and Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from Kenan Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina. He lives in Wilmington, DE with his wife, Gina, and their three children, Carolyn, Julia, and Robby.

CSC's current president and chief executive officer, Bruce R. Winn, will retain his role as a member of the board of directors. Winn has served as CSC's president since 1997 and chief executive officer since 1998.

In June 2010, Winn and his wife, Nancy, will leave to serve a multi-year missionary assignment for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
